- main star of the evening: lamb! and I am going to engage it in dialog with some other ingredients so they'll tell your taste buds beautiful story 😉

- this kind of dish is to be served with very special wine, I've decided to go premium with it, hence higher than usual price,

- of course, paintings & movie after the dinner (not the Anthony Hopkins & Jodie Foster movie, though! 😅).
