How're you doing now that the summer is gone? Let's talk about routine? Most of us, international women, have moved country for a cool job, a master's degree or a PhD studies, and this is amazing! :) However, if we slack on taking perspective from time to time, on ourselves as a whole, we might end up feeling caught up on a specific area of our lives, as if it would be "the whole picture".

Our invitation to you on our next Lifestyle Conversation is to come and talk about our sacred routines. Lightly, concretely: How would be the container which is deep enough, high enough, large enough, strong enough and diverse enough to support and accommodate all the sides of ourselves?

From waking-up to bed time, how do you enjoy your day? Have you practically built a wise routine for yourself? Is it sustainable?
