After an extraordinary Holidays in Bahia, Brazil, Christiaan and I are feeling really excited to invite you to an unforgettable Tennis & Adventure Holidays at those special places that we loved so much to visit.

We will show you some of the best spots in Bahia and make a holiday to be remembered forever. Besides improving your tennis level, the goal of the trip is to also work on a good mindset for tennis and for life!

On the first week of our trip, we will stay in Salvador-Bahia, at a Resort, by the beach, with daily tennis lessons, 2 hours a day, during 7 days.

We’ll arrive on August 1 and leave to Chapada Diamantina in August 8, at 12am.

Breakfasts are included daily and on our first full day in Brazil you’ll be invited to a special dinner party.

We’ll be suggesting optional daily activities to be organized in loco by us, according to the preferences of the group. We have many things in mind among beaches, restaurants, clubs, shows, parties and adventurous activities to suggest and organize.

On the 8th day of our journey, after our morning tennis routine, we’ll travel to Chapada Diamantina by a private bus, exclusive for our group.

In Chapada Diamantina we’ll stay at the Hotel Encontro das Águas for the remaining 7 days of our trip, from August 8, to August 15. Lençois is a magic Village, famous for its natural, ecological attractions, such as highking, climbing, visits to caves, rivers, and waterfalls. 

We’ll suggest and organize optional daily excursions together with a local agency specialized in adventure trips.

A special goodbye dinner at a local restaurant is included in the pack, on the last night of our stay in Lençois.

Our Tennis & Adventure Retreat ends on August 15, 2022 and from this day on, you can decide to either go back to Holland, stay longer in Bahia or explore other parts of Brazil on your own.

Please read carefully the terms and conditions below before signing up for the holidays.

Terms and Conditions:

1. What’s included in the trip (what you’re paying for) –

1.1.  7 days of accommodation on a luxurious hotel in Salvador/Bahia;

1.2.  One Welcoming dinner, with the group, in Salvador/Bahia;

1.3. Daily tennis training, during the first 7 days of our trip. 2 hours a day, completing a total of 14 hours of training.

1.4. Transportation to Lençois, Chapada Diamantina in a van or mini-bus, exclusive for our group;

1.5. Seven days of accommodation in a luxurious hotel in Lençois, Chapada Diamantina;

1.6.  One goodbye dinner in a restaurant in Lençois

1.7. Transportation back to Salvador, where we’ll say goodbye.

2. What’s not included, but optional –

2.1 We’ll propose and organize daily cultural and relaxing activities, that you can choose to join or not in Salvador and surroundings, such as beaches, restaurants, clubs, shows, parties and adventurous activities. Those are to be paid apart.

2.2. In Lençois we will also propose and organize daily, optional, adventurous activities, such as highking, climbing, visits to rivers and waterfalls. These are also to be paid apart.

3. Cancellation policy:

3.1. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement, free of charge, within 24h after the conclusion of the retreat agreement.

3.2. If you cancel up to 45 days before the departure, your investment will be refunded, excluding a 100 euros cancellation fee;

3.3. From 44 to 30 days before departure: We’ll keep 25% of your investment as a cancellation fee;

3.4. From 29 to 8 days before departure: 50% will be refunded;

3.5. From 7 days, until departure: 90% of your investment will be kept as a cancellation fee.

4. We want to have a minimum of 6, max. of 12 participants, in order to make these holidays happen. In case of a cancelation of the trip made by us, the organizers, we'll not be entitled to any fee and will refund 100% of the investment made by you, the participant.

4.1. We strongly suggest you to only purchase your airplane ticket once we have a minimum of 6 participants joining us on the holidays. We'll keep you informed about that.

5. Join the Retreat without Tennis:

5.1. If you want to join our retreat without the tennis clinics, please contact us for a reduced price calculation.

6. Accommodation:

6.1. Our package is based on accommodations type: double, standard rooms. If you prefer other type of accommodation, such as a single, or triple room, please contact us as soon as possible for the due adjustments.

7. Extension:

7.1. If, after the conclusion of the trip, you’re willing to stay longer in Lençois, or check-in again in a hotel when back in Salvador, or perhaps extend your trip elsewhere, this is to be done at your own cost and diligence.
