It's a time when women transition from their reproductive years to a new phase of life marked by wisdom, freedom, and self-discovery. By reframing menopause in this positive light, we can empower women to embrace this chapter with grace and optimism. Navigating menopause can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to go through it alone. Support from friends, and communities like the Amsterdam International Women, can provide a sense of harmony and understanding.

Join Ava, a Menopause Health Coach in an afternoon of coffee, cake, and conversation. Set in the comfort and safety of her apartment, you share your experiences amongst friend. Listening to the stories of others can help us normalize the menopausal journey and remind us that we're not alone.
