Event title: How to get out of overwhelming

Description

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by all your responsibilities and all the uncertainties in your life? Sometimes it all feels too much and we can feel stuck, not knowing what we should do next. This can start a vicious cycle as we know we should be doing a million things, but where to start?

During this meeting we will discuss what we can do to get out of feeling overwhelmed.
