When we focus on what we are grateful for and what we are proud of accomplishing, it has a huge ‘feel good’ factor and it keeps us moving forward towards our dreams. The growth actually takes place during the journey and is not the end result.

What is the focus of your thoughts? So often, we think about all the things that we didn’t achieve, all the things that went wrong.

During this meeting, we will explore what happens when we shift our focus to acknowledging what we have achieved and being grateful for our lives.

Each month we connect over a coffee to discuss various business topics. We aim to create a safe space to share our challenges, exchange tips and ideas. Currently, we’ve been doing it virtually.
